Discovery Coaching and Consultation Call (Up to 90 minutes):
During this call, we will have an in-depth coaching conversation to discuss your background information and future career goals in a confidential space. I will capture all the necessary information during an open-ended conversation, including everything said and unsaid, using advanced active listening and behavioral science expertise. I will provide insights and best practices regarding job applications, workplace dynamics, career advancement, and dispelling fear-based selling while answering all questions, which will form the basis for the resume development.

CUSTOMIZED ENGAGEMENT PROCESS:
As your dedicated career coach and personal consultant, I, Staci Collins, will work with you personally to customize and optimize your professional documentation at the highest level of resume writing and career coaching. This process includes collecting your information, conducting detailed target position analysis through the ATS, crafting your entire resume (format, content, style, story, communication), submitting the first draft for feedback and review, and finalizing the resume based on your requests.
